Why Aware vs Spreadsheets?

It’s the classic case: “why should I use XYZ SaaS tool, when Google Sheets is free?”

Great question. Aware costs money, GSheets, doesnt.

But we think once you consider the value of your time, you’ll realize that you should probably consider using Aware!

In fact, we wrote about that here (restated below, too):

If:

  1. your engagement list of 30 contacts takes you 12 minutes longer to engage with via a spreadsheet than on Aware... and

  2. you engage 4 days a week...

Your time only has to be worth <$15/hr for you to get a return on investment using Aware.

    Let's do the math:

    SPREADSHEET: 30 contacts x 45 seconds each = 22 minutes

If you're using Aware, your feed is already curated, so you just write a comment on the first post you see. Then it autoscrolls to the next. Easy.

    AWARE: 30 contacts x 20 seconds each = 10 minutes

If you're using a spreadsheet, you have to manually open the LinkedIn URLs, wait for it to load, check if they have posted, and THEN process your thoughts on the post and write a comment. This takes longer, and requires way more clicking around and jumping between screens.

Not to mention that if you merely 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘜𝘙𝘓𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵, LinkedIn might throttle you (irrespective of using any tools!)

Math fans among you might say, "that's less than $15/hr". Correct. I bumped it up to make it even more conservative.

There's a reason that Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, consultants, coaches, and many others are using Aware to manage their LinkedIn engagement at scale.

    Authentically.

It's not just about saving time.

It also makes you more effective, focused, and flowing.

But even if you think I'm fudging those numbers...

This "ROI analysis" ignores the value of the other features:
→ Advanced analytics, performance and data exports
→ Dynamic engagement feeds that you can't get anywhere else
    → Lead and engager tracking
    → CRM sync (SFDC, HS)
→ AI post writing fine-tuned on 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 own top performing content

So if you consider your time to be worth above the United States minimum wage...

And LinkedIn is a priority for you... then it's worth a buck or two a day!
