How to Set Your Post Schedule in Aware
The Post Scheduler in Aware helps you automate your LinkedIn content publishing schedule by setting predefined time slots across the week. Whether you're planning weekly posts, coordinating with a team, or repurposing high-performing content, this ensures consistent output without manually deciding when to post every time.
🔧 Where to Find It
Navigate to the Post Scheduler tab in Aware, under “Write & Publish”.
Select the Scheduled Slots view.
Click on Edit time slots to open the scheduling modal.
🕒 How to Add Time Slots
In the popup, click Pick a time to select your desired posting time.
Click Add Slot to insert it into the schedule.
Use the checkboxes to choose the days of the week you'd like that time slot active.
Example: Select 08:00 AM on Mon, Wed, and Fri if you want to post at that time every week on those days.
📍 Note: All times are shown in your local timezone (e.g., America/Los_Angeles). You can adjust this by clicking the timezone link.
🔁 Editing or Removing Slots
To remove a time slot, click the ✕ icon next to the time.
To adjust days, check or uncheck the boxes for each day.
Click OK to save your changes.
🔄 How Aware Uses These Slots
As you’re drafting your posts, you can click “Add to Queue” and Aware will automatically assign that post to the next available time slot in your queue.
🎯 Tips for Smart Scheduling
Early Mornings Work: Many users see higher engagement with 7:30–9:00 AM weekday slots, or whenever that occurs in the time zone where most of their network is located.
Weekends Can Surprise You: Sunday posts often get less competition in-feed!
Keep It Light: Don’t overload your week. 2–6 posts is often a sweet spot. Twice daily can work if you’re really producing a lot and getting a lot of engagement, but if your engagement drops, bring the frequency back down and focus on quality.
Consistency Beats Frequency: It’s better to post twice weekly for a year than daily for a week, if you’re not getting increased engagement and reach over time, in aggregate.
