Key Features of Aware
1. Custom Engagement Feeds
This is one of our most recognizable features! Nowhere else can you find both custom and dynamic engagement feeds.
Personalized Interaction: Build dynamic feeds tailored to specific audiences, such as prospects, clients, or industry influencers, enabling focused engagement without distractions.
Influencer Lists: Use one or more of our influencer engagement feeds, segmented by niche: for example, we have everything from B2B Sales, to SaaS CEOs, to Renewable Energy, and Financial Advisors.
Efficient Comment Responses: Quickly identify and respond to comments on your posts, ensuring timely interactions with your audience. This is useful because you can see your unresponded-to comments all in one place, rather than having to spend time going post-by-post on LinkedIn itself, sorting by “Most Recent”, and checking by hand.
2. Find People
Find new influencers and profiles by keyword, with lists ranked by average engagement and post frequency.
Search for people that talk about just one topic, such as searching “private equity” within the content of an influencers’ posts, or leverage complex logic to find e.g. influencers that have “consultant” AND “SEO” in either their Profile Headline, or Summary, thereby allowing you to find the influential SEO Consultants
Easily add any of these profiles to your Custom Feeds for ongoing engagement
3. Advanced Analytics
Profile Growth Metrics: Track profile views, search appearances, follower growth, and connection trends over time.
Content Performance: Analyze post impressions, reactions, comments, and engagement rates to identify top-performing content.
Team Reports: Monitor engagement and growth across team members, with options to export data for further analysis.
Historical Exports: get all of this in CSV, because your data is yours!
4. AI-Powered Content Creation
Custom-Tuned AI: Fine-tune an AI model that automatically learns from your writing style given up to 200 of your prior posts, to generate new posts on topics that have already resonated with your audience.
Post Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts in advance, either through a calendar or list view, making it easy to stay on top of content creation.
Content Repurposing: Easily repurpose top-performing content to maximize reach and engagement, with our powerful content draft management feature. With Aware, it’s easy to take a comment or a post, and put it back into your Drafts folder so you never run out of ideas.
5. CRM Integration
Seamless Push to Hubspot or Salesforce: Push LinkedIn activities directly into Salesforce or HubSpot CRM systems, streamlining lead management and follow-ups. This makes it easy to get attribution on your social selling efforts as a team, and also to create your own ad targeting audiences based on who has engaged with you (or vice versa) on LinkedIn.
Customizable Workflows: Tailor how social activities are synced to fit your sales processes, with advanced logic and the ability to control which activity types, for which users, and under which lead statuses and sources, the new Leads or Contacts get pushed in - or, specify that you don’t want any new contacts created, and you only want activity synced to current contacts. This helps you fit Aware into either an ABM style workflow, or a lead-based workflow.
6. Team Collaboration Tools
Workspace Management: Switch between clients or team members without logging in and out, facilitating easy agency or team management operation. This also makes it easy for, say, an executive assistant or a marketing manager to coordinate the LinkedIn presence of a C-suite executive.
Collaborative Content: Collaborate on content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies within your team. For example, you can run a report of the highest-reach content across your whole team, and easily repurpose your coworkers’ best posts back into your Drafts folder, to remind you to tweak the post but leverage what was good about the initial one.
Performance Tracking: Access individual and aggregate analytics to assess team effectiveness. Who is doing the best? Which reps have sent the most DMs in the last 24 days, and who needs to do more commenting? It’s all there in Aware, either in aggregate or person-by-person.
