I’m not seeing ____ post on my feed that I think should be in my feed.

First, check the date range; was the post published outside of the date range on your feed?

Next, have you already engaged with the post on LinkedIn in any way, even just a Reaction? If so, if we pick up that information in time, we will attempt to not show you that post again in Aware.

I’m seeing ____ post in my feed that I don’t think should be in my feed.

If you already engaged with a post on LinkedIn, but we haven’t synced that data back to Aware yet, we might not have been able to detect and remove it from your feed. We encourage you to try using Aware in the morning, to prevent this, since we bring in a lot of fresh data overnight; also, going back and forth between Aware and LinkedIn all day can create more of these issues. It’s ideal for you to use Aware in “one block”, if you can.
