CSV exports

The various Download CSV buttons in Aware make it easy to export your LinkedIn data for deeper analysis, reporting, or record-keeping. Whether you're a creator reviewing your post performance, or a manager preparing a monthly report for stakeholders—these exports give you clarity and control over your data.

Types of CSV Downloads & What They Contain

1. Download Analytics Report (CSV)

Location: Overview tab under Performance Insights

What It Includes:

  • Total posts, impressions, likes, shares, comments, etc - segmented by calendar month

  • Engagement rate over the time period, by month

  • Summary metrics at a glance

Use Case: Great for top-level monthly snapshots to show aggregate numbers over time. Perfect for presenting to clients or leadership teams to demonstrate progress and momentum.

2. Download Comments Left (CSV)

Location: Overview tab, beside the Analytics Report export

What It Includes:

  • Each comment you’ve left on others’ posts, since the date Aware started tracking (usually 14 days before you signed up)

  • Date, target profile, post link, and text of the comment

Use Case: Ideal for outbound engagement review and tracking. Helpful for VA oversight or outbound sales/marketing analysis. You can also upload these files to a Clay table, or your CRM if you don’t use Salesforce or Hubspot.

3. Download Post Data (CSV)

Location: Content tab under Performance Insights

What It Includes:

  • All individual post-level stats (likes, comments, views, shares, engagement rate)

  • Post format (text, image, video, etc.)

  • Tags assigned to each post

  • Ability to sort and filter externally (e.g., in Excel or Google Sheets)

Use Case: Ideal for content audits. Instead of just looking at monthly aggregates and averages, you can use this to identify high-performing posts, analyze content themes, or decide which ones to repurpose, at scale.

4. Download Top Engagers & Leads (CSV)

Location: Top Engagers & Leads section

What It Includes:

  • A list of people who most frequently engage with your content (and/or whom you engage with)

  • Inbound and outbound engagement counts

  • Names, roles, and LinkedIn profile links

Use Case: Perfect for lead generation and relationship-building. Export this for CRM syncing, outreach, or tracking advocates and power users.
