Managing Your Plan
We make it easy for you to change or cancel your plan! Just go to the left sidebar and click Account > Billing. You’ll be prompted to put in your Stripe email (which, if you checked out with us via Stripe Link, may be different from the email you use to log into Aware!), and then you’ll get an email in your inbox that lets you navigate to the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
Fair Billing Policy
Also, if you forgot to cancel your free trial, you are eligible for a refund if it’s been less than two weeks in between the trial ending and you requesting it! Just email us back from any of the emails we sent you during your onboarding process; or, use the on-site and in-app chat, or any other way to contact us. We always honor these requests promptly.
Upgrading During Your Trial
If you upgrade your account during your free trial, we salute you and are very happy to have you on board! However, Stripe will charge you for your first month of service on the spot, as you do this. We realize this sort of ‘voids’ the rest of your allotted trial time, so if this happens, please feel free to contact us for a prorated refund if you wish and we’ll help you out.
